Initial Consultation

John charges $200 for a one-hour initial consultation to evaluate your family court matter, including divorce, child custody and custody modification, and contempt (rule to show cause) actions.  The initial consultation fee will be applied to your fee agreement if you hire John to represent you.

Upfront Pricing

John is dedicated to affordable and easy to understand pricing for his legal services.  Most fees are charged on a flat fee basis so you will know the cost of your legal fees upfront.  You’ll only pay for the legal services you want and choose the level of representation you need.  John will work with you and your budget so you can afford the legal services you want and need.
